10-Year Warranty

This Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by The Metal Ware Corporation (“Manufacturer”) to the original purchaser (“Purchaser”) of the Grizzly Decking  (“Product”). This Warranty applies only to Products purchased and installed in the United States and is non-transferable.

1. Warranty Coverage

The Manufacturer warrants that, for a period of ten (10) years from the date of original purchase, the Product will be free from:

  • Structural failure due to defects in materials or workmanship.

  • Excessive warping, rotting, or splitting under normal residential or light commercial use.

  • Significant fading or surface deterioration beyond normal weathering.

2. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, abuse, or accident.

  • Damage due to fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, earthquake, or other natural disasters.

  • Surface scratches, minor fading, or normal wear and tear.

  • Damage caused by contact with chemicals, petroleum-based products, or abrasive materials.

  • Any modifications or repairs made by anyone other than the Manufacturer or an authorized service provider.

  • Industrial or heavy commercial use

3. Conditions of Warranty

  • Product must be installed according to Manufacturer’s installation guidelines.

  • Purchaser must perform routine cleaning and maintenance as described in Manufacturer’s care instructions.

  • Warranty is void if the Product is removed from its original installation location.

4. Warranty Remedies

If a defect covered by this Warranty occurs within the warranty period, the Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion:

  1. Repair the defective Product;

  2. Replace the defective Product; or

  3. Refund the original purchase price of the defective portion.

Replacement materials may differ in color or finish from the original, due to natural weathering or product changes over time.

5. Warranty Claim Procedure

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:

  • Provide written notice of the defect within thirty (30) days of discovery.

  • Include proof of purchase, installation date, and photographs of the defect.
